Edgar Raúl Leoni Moreno: AINCO Foundation supports women's entrepreneurship




The role that women play in society is crucial. That is the reason why the Ainco Foundation promotes women's integral growth through workshops, talks, conferences, sports campaigns, and more; as well as encouraging and establishing new alliances with ATRAEM to support the entrepreneurship of women and the community.

Women in the community

The AINCO Foundation is a non-governmental organization that is dedicated to promoting and managing works, actions, and services aimed at improving the living quality and conditions of the inhabitants in the communities of Caracas, with priority attention to the groups whose situation is most vulnerable, encouraging active participation in them.

AINCO provides the possibility of participating in all areas, contributing to their empowerment and the organization of talks, activities that also promote the meeting between community members, to get to know each other properly and promote teamwork to cope to your needs

The impetus and success of the activities proposed by AINCO are possible, thanks to the active participation of women who maintain high values ​​in social groups. This is because they know in-depth the needs of their sector and offer solutions with the help of the Foundation. This way, they can achieve success.

Similarly, women are an integral part of the social programs carried out by Ainco within communities such as:

• Integral journeys (related to medical, legal, entertainment, and family economy, topics).
• Sports meetings.
• Green areas recovery.

On its first anniversary, for Edgar Raúl Leoni, more than a project, it has been a dream come true. A dream that started taking shape for many years, creating a space of coexistence where the importance of values ​​such as respect, solidarity, honesty are highlighted; also tolerance, social responsibility, transparency, honesty, perseverance, and discipline.

The Ainco Foundation plans to be an important reference in the life project of each child, teenager, father and of course mother who lives in each of the visited communities.

More Allies with the AINCO Foundation

For the NGO, joining efforts with other organizations is essential to consolidate some of the objectives set as a foundation.

Recently we had a pleasant meeting with the Association of Entrepreneurs and Microentrepreneurs of Venezuela (Atraem), to establish an alliance that allows the realization of shared activities.

The AINCO Foundation embraces Atraem to work as a team. This association of workers, entrepreneurs, and microentrepreneurs was established in Caracas, with the idea of promoting progress and better living conditions for popular entrepreneurs and independent workers, together with their family groups, as the main objective.



Through the promotion and execution of plans and actions aimed at establishing a modern productive culture, citizen culture, and better business management skills, the NGO develops initiatives to provide tools that help financial and social entrepreneurship within the Venezuelan society

They carried away  Social Action Days  in communities; they created alliances for entrepreneurship , and assistance to every community that trusted this organization. AINCO Foundation Takes its Integrative Action to Santa Rosalía

Last Saturday, the  1st Social Action AINCO Day  took place in   1ero de mayo , in El  Cementerio . Its inhabitants enjoyed the services of Dentistry, Medical Checkups, HIV clearance, and Cardiology , among others. They also had the service of Legal Assistance to orientate them in issues related to this area. Integral Attention Day for Communities After de invitation from one of the community leaders to the head of AINCO Foundation , a series of meetings with the inhabitants and leaders from 1ro de Mayo took place in Dr. Edgard Raúl Leoni hospital ( #SantaRosalía ) to prepare everything for the activity on December 7 th , and to listen to the requirements and comments on the different topics for the community so they could establish a plan of action that promote integration in the community.
