AINCO Foundation propels entrepreneurship in communities


Despite the adverse circumstances that are constantly present in the country, many have decided to go and walk the fascinating journey of entrepreneurship, so the Foundation AINCO urges those still committed to start their own businesses in Venezuela.
Undertaking workshop, a challenge in the Current Venezuela
For all that he had in mind a project to undertake, this activity was to give tools oriented towards its implementation through workshop initiative: "Undertake a challenge in today's Venezuela".
The activity was framed in the training program, Citizenship Education and Work AINCO Foundation, started last Saturday on June 8 with a duration of 3 Saturdays.
The workshop focused on providing participants with the tools needed to take that first step and achieve successfully develop their project, having a clear vision to meet the challenges that come your way, always attached to the legal framework, delving into topics:
·         Define concepts on entrepreneurship and their contexts
·         Identify mechanisms for achieving a successful venture
·         Putting operational activities towards entrepreneurship
·         Organize a proposal for practical venture and affordable for the participant own environment.
During its peak expressed satisfaction at the fulfillment of the main objective of the workshop it was to design strategies for recognition of entrepreneurship as a factor of sustainable development in the individual.
Responding to communities’ emergencies
Similarly, with great satisfaction also completed the workshop "First Emergency Response Pre-Hospital (PRAEPH)" in partnership with the rescue and Special Operations Caricuao @ groec2, The first of many activities planned in conjunction with this prestigious organization.
Rescue Group and Special Operations Caricuao is a non-governmental civil association nonprofit, voluntary, founded with the purpose of being a support organization for emergencies and disasters interacting with authorities dedicated to emergency care.
This cooperation between the two institutions highlights the work of volunteers, Promoting the values ​​of solidarity, respect, honesty, discipline and tolerance, strengthening the whole team working as one big family, to work for communities and generate social welfare through volunteer work.
The Volunteering in Ainco, a wonderful team always ready to support in days, recovery and conservation of spaces and many other activities carried out by the foundation.

AINCO Foundation achieved all their 2019 Goals

AINCO Foundation  finished 2019 by achieving all their goals. They carried away  Social Action Days  in communities; they created alliances for entrepreneurship , and assistance to every community that trusted this organization. Closing 2019 with Golden Clasp Having the support of the communities motivates the members of this foundation to continue their work, in this case, by doing more AINCO Social Action Days. AINCO Foundation Takes its Integrative Action to Santa Rosalía

Last Saturday, the  1st Social Action AINCO Day  took place in   1ero de mayo , in El  Cementerio . Its inhabitants enjoyed the services of Dentistry, Medical Checkups, HIV clearance, and Cardiology , among others. They also had the service of Legal Assistance to orientate them in issues related to this area. Integral Attention Day for Communities After de invitation from one of the community leaders to the head of AINCO Foundation , a series of meetings with the inhabitants and leaders from 1ro de Mayo took place in Dr. Edgard Raúl Leoni hospital ( #SantaRosalía ) to prepare everything for the activity on December 7 th , and to listen to the requirements and comments on the different topics for the community so they could establish a plan of action that promote integration in the community.
